Senior Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative
Expand International is a global company and a world leader in the manufacturing of portable media displays, pop ups, and banner stands. These products are used for marketing, brand-building, information & presentations.
We are seeking an Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to join our team of professionals in Stratford, Connecticut. We need a self going and motivated person with a positive attitude.
Job Description:
Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- First line phone and email support to clients
- Order entry
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
- Follow through on large projects. Make sure deadlines are met
- Follow-up on all open items and update customers on status/progress of requests
- Returns, credits and claim follow ups etc
- Manage client database records
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Associates degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service and Project Management is required
- Ad/Event Agency experience a plus
- Sales experience
- Detail oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Tradeshow experience a plus
- Multitask
- High tolerance for stress
- Team player, self-motivated, assertive and flexible
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone and e-mail manners
Preferred but not necessary skills:
- Some knowledge about Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and PMS colors
- 1 year of wide format printing experience
