Q: How do I become an Expand Reseller?

A: To become an Expand Reseller, the steps are easy:
 

1. Download the PDF file(s)* below and fill in the application. You can either fill it in on your computer and print it, or print it and fill it in by hand. Fax it back to the office in CT at 203-870-2034. Please don't forget to sign the document.
    
2. We will review your application and your local Account Manager will contact you as soon as possible.

Q. How do I upload my file(s)?

A. Expand has an easy-to-use FTP site. You can download the FTP instructions in PDF format by clicking here.

Q. How do I remove the graphic cassette from the Expand QuickScreen 3?

A. The Expand QuickScreen 3 cassette is simple to remove.

Q. How do I add tension to an Expand Retractable?

A. Most Expand Retractables can have tension added to them with needle-nose pliers.

Q. Where do I get low resolution images and text for our website?

A. As an Authorized Expand Reseller, you can use the text and images found on the Expand website.

Per the Reseller Application that you initially filled out and signed, you are allowed to use the text and Expand images. The low resolution images from our website simply by copying and pasting them into your documents.

Q. How do I get high resolution images for our printed marketing collateral?

A. High Resolution images can be downloaded from the "Image Bank" located under the "Marketing" tab on the reseller portion of our website.
